EvoNews: January 2012
Happy New Year! December and January were busy months for us here at evofiction. The team was wading through code, fixing bugs, drowning, then finally we reached the surface to breathe. We modified templates so that the site would work across all browsers and the functionality has been tested and the site is ready to launch. The official launch date will be January 30, 2012! Mark it on your calendars, tell your friends, and get ready for a great experience!

We need your help getting the word out about evofiction. Telling your friends and sharing your stories on social networks will get your works noticed and get our website out into the public eye. Help us evolve along with you and spread the word!
Build the Community
Creating connections, generating feedback and improving the community starts with you. Making friends, writing comments and sharing stories written by other people not only gives you points, but gives you the chance to develop your presence and authority on evofiction. More on this in the future as we are developing badges and items for use on your profiles. Yes, you will be showing off, but in a good way.

Points For Founders
On January 30, 2012 we will be launching the site to the public. If you currently have an account on the site, and have posted a story, (or many for that matter) by 11:59 am EST we have a surprise for you! You will be receiving 10,000 points which will be added to your account. evofiction will be recognizing you as a founder and for that you get the rewards.
We are still working on badges for the site and the founder badge will be the first to be issued. We will be posting them to the profiles of writers and readers who were with us from the beginning.
Get Featured in the Editorial Section
Have you recently published a book or manage a website about fiction or publishing? Get featured in our editorial section to spread the news and build a following. We will also do reviews on your fictional tales and tell the world about your story.
